CSO-ISG representatives discuss the need of developing master plans and approaches of assessment of effectiveness

On February 11 in Dilijan a discussion called “The need of community development master plans and approaches of assessment of effectiveness’’. CSO-ISG representatives of Tavush region took part in the discussion.
The discussion was organized at the framework of The “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” action.
During the discussion in Dilijan expert Artak Yergenyan represented the need of developing master plans of the communities and and approaches of assessment of effectiveness. CSO-ISG 25 representatives discussed whether there is a real need of developing master plans or not. The question was discussed which side should initiate the process.
The “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” action is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by a Consortium comprising the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, Agora Central Europe (an NGO from the Czech Republic), the Armenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS, the International Center for Human Development, the SME Cooperation Association and the Union of Communities of Armenia. Project duration is 34 months.
