The European Committee of the Regions (CoR), through the Conference of Regional and Local Authorities for the Eastern Partnership (CORLEAP), together with the Union of Communities of Armenia, is implementing the Eastern Partnership Academy for Public Administration at Local and Regional Level (EPA), an online training programme.

The programme is designed for officials and employees working in Armenia’s local self-government sector.

Over the course of one semester, six online sessions will be held, during which experts from EU institutions and academia will cover a range of topics and present the experience and practical solutions of EU cities and regions.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from representatives of EU institutions about the European Union, governance and funding opportunities, explore the experience of EU cities and regions, and build connections with peers from Eastern Partnership countries.
