Discussion of the advocacy strategy and work plan of the CAA

On April 29, a discussion was held in Tsaghkadzor with the participation of 35 community leaders representing the Union Council, which, with the support of local and international experts. Meeting participants outlined three main directions of Association's advocacy activities during 2017-18. Based on the discussions, experts have drafted the Association's Advocacy powermap and project plan.

So the outcome of the working meeting held on July 13-14 was to:

- Reaffirm or clarify the three main objectives of CAA advocacy ( support to local communities financial independence, raising the status of the Association as a body representing local communities in Government and parliament and enlargement of communities rights and responsibilities as a result  of regional governance decentralization :

- Develop a proper campaign plan for detailed implementation of each of the goals.
