On September 29, in the session hall of Vanadzor Municipality, was organized a capacity building training on "Modern Communication Trends" for community servants by the Union of Communities of the Republic of Armenia.

The seminar was moderated by Tatevik Harutyunyan, PR specialist of Union of Communities of Armenia.

Community servants were introduced to the basics of communication, types of communication, skills to create a healthy, effective communication environment within staff, and relationships with external target audiences. During the question-and-answer session with the community servants, possible communication barriers and ways to overcome them were discussed.
