On behalf of Union of Communities of Armenia and myself personally I congratulate the team of Urban Foundation for Sustainable Development on the occasion of the 16th anniversary.

The professional and devoted team of the foundation during these years has been next to the communities, initiated and implemented a lot of valuable projects, invested their expertise in the field of development of local democracy in Armenia.
