Head of the Finlyandskiy municipal district of the City of St-Petersburg, Representative of the Chamber of Local Authorities, Deputy Head of Russian  Delegation in Congress, 4th Vice-Chair (Monitoring Committee) Vsevolod Belikov is the guest of ''Online interview'' series, initiated by Union of Communities of Armenia. Mr. Belikov represented how municipal districts of the City of St-Petersburg fight against COVID-19 pandemic, what kind of restrictions are implemented and what kind of projects municipal districts implement to help the citizens to overcome the difficulties caused by pandemic.

Vsevolod Belikov ensured that the top priority of federal and local authorities of the Russian Federation is the potection of human life and public health.

He represented how the municipal districts of the City of St-Petersburg provide online services to the residents.

He is sure the role of local authorities will always increase: ''Local authorities are the basis on which the civil society is being formed. The local authorities should provide feedback to the residents of the community, especially during the pandemic, they should encourage the residents to cooperate with local authorities and local authorities should not close their eyes on the problems, they should solve them and if needed to demand new powers''.

Vsevolod Belikov summarized: ''The residents should know that local authorities are their own, they are the authority, the residents selected local authorities and should cooperate with them''.
