On April 9, the staff of “Alliance for Better City Governance” program held a meeting in the Municipality of Vanadzor to discuss the program deliverables. 

During the meeting Vanadzor and Gyumri program teams agreed on the procedures of establishing the Steering Committee, as a decision making body of the Program and the Task-force, as well as worked on the Action plan and the schedule of upcoming meetings with stakeholders.

The meeting was attended by the Project manager Natalya Lapauri, Secretary of Vanadzor Municipality Staff and the Head DP, FA and IT Department.

"Alliance for Better City Governance” program is funded by European Union and implemented by Vanadzor Municipality, Armenia in partnership with Gyumri Municipality, Armenia and Pila Municipality, Poland.
