In Stepanavan city velo-fleshmob was held in the framework of EU Sustainable Energy Week-2024.

The students of the Children's Sports School and the students of the State Academy of Crisis Management participated in the bicycle race-flashmob organized by the Department of Education, Culture, Sports, Healthcare, Social Support and Tourism of the Stepanavan Municipality.

Start of the bike race was given from the Alea crossing, from where the cyclists with awareness posters reached the town square and then moved back to the starting point.

The aim of such events and awareness campaigns is to encourage healthy lifestyle, improve the energy security of the country and reduce carbon emissions at the same time.

 Stepanavan city joined CoM East program in 2022 and always actively participated in the events, competitions and seminars within the framework of the program.
