Local self-government is one of the cornerstones of democracy. It enables communities to independently determine their development priorities, respond to the needs of residents, and shape the future of the community through their own efforts. This model is not only a legal norm, but also a practical necessity for modern and effective governance.

I am convinced that in order to have self-sufficient and developing communities, it is necessary to establish partnership-based relations between the state and communities, founded on mutual trust and responsibility.

This is an important platform for strengthening the independence and financial sustainability of communities, representing and protecting their interests, and collaboratively advancing local self-government.
