On behalf of all members of the European Committee of the Regions and myself, I sincerely congratulate you on the 25th anniversary of the current system of Local Self-Government in Armenia.

In this important year for your Union, the CoR members look forward to further strengthen our friendship and cooperation, including in the context of the Conference of Regional and Local Authorities for the Eastern Partnership (CORLEAP), of which you are an active member.

I wish you every success, and I am looking forward to meeting you, hopefully at the CORLEAP annual meeting in Brussels on 14th December 2021, where local and regional authorities from the EaP region will voice their message to the Eastern Partnership Summit.
