30.07.2020
The German Presidency has requested that the European Committee of the Regions provides insight into how cohesion policy could help overcoming the economic crisis resulting from the ongoing pandemic, and promote growth through innovation and economic change.
By means of this written consultation, the CoR rapporteur for this opinion, Mr Michiel Rijsberman, would like to consult relevant stakeholders and gather their input in order to draft the opinion.
The draft opinion will be adopted at the COTER meeting on 24 September 2020.
The adoption of the opinion at the CoR Plenary will take place in October 2020.
The rapporteur would be grateful if you could send your comments and/or position papers relevant to the subject until 17 August by email to the CoR COTER secretariat [email protected].
