Yerevan Mayor and Chairman of the Board of the Union of Communities of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan, visited the newly opened office of the Union of Communities of Armenia.
The new office, located at 1/3 Byuzand Street, will provide more comfortable and efficient conditions for the organization’s activities, cooperation, and the strengthening of ties between communities.
During the visit, Tigran Avinyan and the Union’s Executive Director, Armen Harutyunyan, discussed the Union’s upcoming programs, development priorities, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the capacities of communities. Particular attention was given to promoting the exchange of experience among local self-government bodies, fostering new partnerships, and expanding regional cooperation.
It was emphasized during the discussion that the new office is not only a workspace, but also a platform for generating ideas, implementing joint projects, and facilitating effective dialogue between communities. This marks an important step toward the institutional development of the Union and making the voice of communities more structured and impactful.
