The two-day conference will bring together around 200 representatives of local communities, European Union and national institutions, as well as international partners, to discuss achievements in the fields of climate and energy policy across the region and outline future priorities and actions.

The program includes high-level discussions on climate neutrality, energy transition, resilience, and EU integration, as well as practical working sessions focused on innovative solutions and sustainable community development.

The conference will conclude with a visit to the Mimi Castel Zero Emission Resort, regarded as a successful example of CO₂ emissions reduction, energy efficiency, and climate adaptation.

Participation in the event is open to municipalities that have developed Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs), as well as to communities that have recently joined the Covenant of Mayors East initiative. Armenia will be represented by a large delegation.
